The air filter element can basically be seen. It mainly depends on the paper density and quality of the filter element. It can be seen with the naked eye. If the quality is not good, a large amount of impurities and dust will run into the screw compressor, which will easily block the oil separator element, causing the internal pressure to be too high, causing the safety valve to open and spray oil.
It is difficult to identify the quality of the oil filter. It mainly depends on the time of use. If the alarm is not blocked in advance at the specified time, or the oil pressure is low, and the exhaust temperature is too high, most of these are caused by the blockage of the oil filter. If the oil filter is of poor quality, it is also easy to cause failures in air compressor maintenance.
The oil-gas separator is the most expensive of the four consumables. The reason why it is expensive is because of its high cost. The quality of imported oil-gas separators is relatively good. Its pressure difference ratio and oil filter are very good. Generally, replacing imported oil-gas separators basically guarantees that there will be no oil core failure.
Screw air compressor oil is the blood of the air compressor. Without good oil, the air compressor basically cannot operate. We all know that air compressor manufacturers do not produce screw air compressor oil. Screw air compressor oil is basically a kind of petroleum. There are 8000 hours of synthetic oil, 4000 hours of semi-synthetic oil, and 2000 hours of mineral oil. These are the three most common grades. Choosing a good synthetic oil is more important for air compressors.
