What should we pay attention to when using the screw air compressor for the first time? This should be a question that many air compressor maintenance personnel and most customers (air compressor room managers) are more concerned about. Whether the safety linkage devices such as pressure, temperature, pressure difference, loading and unloading solenoid valves, motor overcurrent, undervoltage, etc. are qualified.
1. Remove the sleepers, cushions and clamps and some supports and other sundries on the site.
2. Some relatively miscellaneous items inside and outside the air compressor body, flammable and explosive, chemically corrosive items. Such as lighters, sulfuric acid, etc.
3. Whether the safety linkage devices such as pressure, temperature, pressure difference, loading and unloading solenoid valves, motor overcurrent, undervoltage, etc. are qualified.
4. The oil in the oil tank must be filled with enough oil, otherwise it will cause high temperature and seriously burn the rotor.
5. The water-cooled air compressor must be connected to the water circuit, otherwise the machine will burn again. Then the main engine of the air compressor must be overhauled. Then close the electronic drain valve in the air compressor accessories and check whether the air outlet valve is open. If it is not open, the consequences are very serious. Check whether the motor base, main engine and other bolts are all fixed.
6. Check whether the oil pipe and air pipe are installed correctly and whether the status of each valve is correct.
7. Check the setting value of the motor overload relay, check whether the wires are connected correctly and meet the safety regulations, and whether the motor phase sequence is reversed. Reverse connection will cause the motor to reverse, and the air compressor will become a suction machine instead of a gas generator, and the whole machine will basically be scrapped.
8. The local control panel and installed equipment work well, and the indicator light test is qualified.
